The rules for using this site and anything you get or buy from us.

Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover zachcrawford.com and every product, program, community, guide, kit, email and service from Zach Crawford and Psychologically Unemployable LLC ("we", "us"). By using any of them, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Earnings Disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Age
You must be 18 or older to use this site, join our community or buy our products.
Using the site
Use the site and our products only for lawful purposes. Don't copy, resell or share our paid materials, or try to break or misuse the site.
Free resources
Free guides, prompts, skills and the AI Co-Founder Kit are given as they are, for education. Test anything before you rely on it.
AI tools
Many things we teach use third-party AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code or Codex. We don't own or control those tools. You need your own account with them, you must follow their terms, and you pay any costs they charge. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking what it writes or does, and for anything you choose to send, publish, spend or delete.
Purchases and payments
Prices are shown at checkout. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every payment on time. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until it is paid.
Refunds
The refund terms for each paid product are shown on its sales page or at checkout, and those terms come first. If a product's page doesn't list any, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you have used no more than 25% of the material. Email support@zachcrawford.com to ask. Please talk to us before you file a chargeback, so we can fix the problem. We will dispute chargebacks that go against these terms.
Our content
Everything we create, including courses, videos, prompts, skills, templates and emails, belongs to us. When you buy or get access, you get a personal license for one person to use it for your own business. You may not resell it, share your login, or give the materials to others.
Communities and conduct
In our community and other spaces, treat people with respect. Keep private posts, member results and training materials inside the community. Don't spam, don't message members to pitch your own offers or affiliate links, and don't misrepresent us or our training. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.
No guarantees
We do not promise any result or income. Everything is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. See the Earnings Disclaimer.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, from your use of the site or our products. If we are found liable, the most we will owe you is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used our products, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using our products at any time.
Disputes
Please email us first, and we will try to fix it. If we can't, any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the State of Indiana, under Indiana law. You agree to bring claims only for yourself, not as part of a class action, and you give up the right to a jury trial.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
