What we collect when you use this site or join my list, and what we do with it.

Who we are
This site, zachcrawford.com, is run by Zach Crawford and Psychologically Unemployable LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about your data go to support@zachcrawford.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email when you sign up for a free guide, the AI Co-Founder Kit or a waitlist. Anything you send us in an email, a form or a message.
- Instagram messages. When you comment on a post or message us on Instagram, our messaging tool gets your Instagram username, your messages, whether you follow the account, and the email you choose to give us.
- Purchases. If you buy something, we get your name, email and order details. Card details go straight to the payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Automatic data. Like most sites, our hosting and tools record things like your IP address, device, browser, the pages you visit and the site that sent you. Some of our tools use cookies to work.
The tools we use
We use trusted services to run the site and the list. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy:
- Kit (ConvertKit) for the email list and emails
- ManyChat for Instagram messages
- Skool for the free community
- Zapier to connect the email list to the community
- Vercel to host this site
- Voomly to play videos
- Google Fonts for the site's fonts
- A payment processor when you buy something
If we add analytics or advertising tools, such as a Meta or Google pixel, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, like a guide, the kit or a community invite
- To send you emails with my updates, content and offers
- To deliver and support anything you buy
- To understand what works on the site and make it better
- To keep things secure, stop fraud and follow the law
Emails
Our sign-up forms use double opt-in: you are only added after you click the confirm link in your inbox. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave any time. If you stop opening my emails for a long time, I may ask if you still want them and remove you if you don't answer.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services above so they can do their job, and when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, take a copy, or object to how we use it. To ask, email support@zachcrawford.com. We will not treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are on the list or a customer, and after that only as long as we need it for records, taxes or the law.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your data. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure.
Where your data is stored
We are based in the United States, and so are most of our tools. If you use the site from another country, your data will be sent to and stored in the United States.
Age
This site and our products are only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email support@zachcrawford.com and we will delete it.
Other sites
This site links to other sites, such as Skool, Instagram and YouTube. We are not responsible for what they do with your data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
